Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Petal Zone, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

• Any cancellation request must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time to be eligible for a refund.
• No refund will be applicable once the delivery processing window has started.
• Cancellation is not possible for:
  • Courier products once dispatched
  • Personalized or customized products once the order has been placed

2. Cancellation Process

To cancel an order, customers must send an email with the subject line:

"Cancellation Request"

Email to: petalzone77@gmail.com

The email must include the following details:

• Order ID
• Reason for Cancellation
• Refund Account Details

Cancellation requests will only be processed after receiving a formal email request.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be initiated under the following conditions:

• The order has been successfully canceled within the eligible timeframe
• The order was not delivered to the recipient (excluding cases where the recipient was unavailable or unreachable)
• A genuine complaint regarding product quality is verified by our team. In such cases, the customer may receive:
  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement product

4. Refund Approval

Refunds are applicable only in cases of verified service failure. Our support team will review each request, and the final decision regarding refunds will rest solely with the management of Petal Zone.

Under no circumstances shall the refund amount exceed the amount paid by the customer. Petal Zone will not be liable for any additional claims, losses, or damages beyond the order value.

5. Cancellation Charges

A cancellation fee of 5% of the total order amount will be applicable on approved cancellations.

6. Discounted Amounts

Any discount, promotional benefit, or exempted amount applied to an order will not be eligible for refund claims.

7. Excess Payments

Any extra amount mistakenly credited to Petal Zone may be adjusted toward future order enhancements but shall not be refunded.

8. Final Authority

In all matters related to cancellations and refunds, the decision of Petal Zone shall be final and binding.

9. Policy Updates

Petal Zone reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or through announcements on the website.
